REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Please reach out to our support team to initiate any refund.
  • If for any reason you cannot take the course and if you inform kashatraining.com, send refund request within 7 days of purchase of course. Then kashatraining.com will refund your amount less 10% processing fees. You will not be entitled to any refund whatsoever, once the course has started.
  • All refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after the refund request is approved by Kashatraining.com
  • Please note that rescheduling will be subject to availability of seats.
  • In case it’s cancelled from our side, 100% refund will be paid to the delegate.
  • Kashatraining.com, reserve the right to postpone/cancel a training, or change the location due to insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc)
